Refund policy

Returns 

Given the model of our store, like most drop-shipping e-commerce stores, a lot of the product we sell has not been tried by our staff. With that being said, first of all THANK YOU for being apart of our legacy. Secondly, all returns are WELCOMED. We at ØRIGINALS understand the desire to love what we buy and buy what we love, so we want to make sure we're doing our very best to deliver that feeling to you. ALL feedback is welcomed, good or bad, because it helps us know what we need to do as a company to better serve you.

Our return policy is good for 14 days (two weeks)

In order to be eligible, the item must be UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, and in the ØRIGINAL packaging. 

"UNUSED" - only worn once to try, not taken out to the club for a test drive. 

"UNDAMAGED" - in the same condition it was shipped, not with armpit stains or makeup.

"ØRIGINAL PACKAGING" - pretty self explanatory. 

To complete a return (if you realllly have to), you need to have a reciept or some other proof of purchase.

PLEASE, DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO MANUFACTURER (even if it's their fault)

You may be granted a partial refund or store credit if:

-the item is clearly worn, or just nasty

-the item is NOT in the condition it was sent

-it has been past 14 days since the product's been delivered (that's plenty of time folks) 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your order and make sure it's in the condition you received it, we'll keep you updated via email whether or not it's been approved and when to expect your refund.

If we approve the returned product, you should expect the method of payment re-credited within a few business days (not everything's instant these days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you feel it's been long enough and you still haven't received your refund:

-Check your bank account again (like now)

-Contact your bank/card issuer, some banks post refunds faster than others

-If none of that works, please feel free to contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you love the product (which you should) and just want to replace your defective or damaged item, we're more than happy to replace it for you. In this case you just need to email us at originalsfromthego@gmail.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at callowayck98@gmail.com and send your item to: 2665 Bad Rock Cir., Henderson NV 89052, United States.

Gifts

If the lovely gift-giver marked the item as a gift and it was mailed directly to you. you will be refunded store credit on a gift card worth the value of the item. Once we receive the item, a gift card will be mailed to you. 

If the (still lovely) gift giver didn't mark the item as a gift when purchased or had the item shipped to themselves, he/she/they (no judgement) will receive the refund and find out you returned their lovely gift.

You will have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item which are non-refundable (sorry). However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is on us and won't be deducted from your refund (you're welcome). 

Depending on where you reside, the time it takes fr the return to reach you may vary.

If the returned item is over $75, you should think about using a traceable shipping service, possibly with shipping insurance. We can't guarantee when/if we receive your returned item. Help us help you.
